Transparency in processing
This Privacy Policy contains information on the collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of the personal data of visitors who completed the form through the LinkedIn application from the Bitrix site, with the aim of demonstrating absolute transparency on the matter and informing interested parties about the types of data collected, the reasons for collection, and how users can manage or delete their personal information.
It applies to all users who completed the form. The company is duly registered under CNPJ No. 48.500.002156/2021-53, located at Rua Arthur de Azevedo Machado, 1225, Edifício Civil Towers, Suite 1802, Stiep, Salvador, Bahia — ZIP 41770-790.
This document was prepared in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/18), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/14), and EU Regulation No. 2016/679. The document may be updated as a result of regulatory changes — it is recommended to consult this section periodically.
Section 2 · How we collect data
Source of collection
- When completing the form: basic identification data — full name, email, phone, job title, and company. From these we can identify the user and ensure greater security and attention to their needs.
- When accessing pages of the site: information about interaction and access is collected to ensure a better experience — search keywords, document sharing, comments, page and profile views, the referring URL, the browser used, and access IPs, among others.
Section 3 · What data we collect
Data categories
- Form completion: full name, email, phone, job title, and company.
- Browsing optimization: page access, search keywords, recommendations, comments, and IP address.
- Newsletter: the email registered by a visitor who opts to subscribe will be collected and stored until they request to unsubscribe. An email with the SER portfolio is sent automatically after completion.
Section 4 · Purposes of use
What we use the data for
- User well-being: improving the product and/or service, facilitating and fulfilling established commitments, enhancing the experience, and providing specific features.
- Portfolio: sending the company portfolio and interacting with those interested in the content made available.
- Commercial: personalizing the content offered and providing input to the platform to improve service quality.
The processing of data for purposes not provided for in this Policy will only occur with prior notice to the user, so that the rights and obligations set out herein remain applicable.
Section 5 · Storage period
For how long
Data is stored for the period necessary to provide the service or fulfill the intended purposes, in accordance with item I of Article 15 of Law 13.709/18. It may be removed or anonymized at the user’s request, except in cases where the law provides for other treatment.
After processing ends, data may only be retained in the cases set out in Article 16 of that law: compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation; study by a research body (with anonymization whenever possible); transfer to a third party in compliance with legal requirements; or exclusive use by the controller, with third-party access prohibited and provided the data is anonymized.
Section 6 · Data security
Protection measures
The platform commits to applying the technical and organizational measures suitable to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or dissemination. Credit-card data is encrypted with SSL technology, ensuring secure and confidential transmission.
The platform is not exempt from liability in cases of exclusive fault of third parties — such as hacker attacks — or exclusive fault of the user. The site commits to notifying the user in the event of a security breach of their personal data. Information may be disclosed if the company is required to do so by law, where necessary and proportionate to protect its legitimate rights.
Section 7 · Sharing
Publications and profile
Sharing occurs only with data relating to publications made by the user themselves, shared publicly with other users. Profile data is shared publicly in search engines and within the platform — and the user is allowed to change this setting so that their profile does not appear in search results.
Section 8 · Transfer to third parties
Restriction
Stored personal data will not be transferred to third parties. It may not be shared with third parties or legal entities, except in the event of a merger or sale of the platform, in which case the data may be transferred to the new owners for the continuity of the services offered.
Section 9 · Cookies and browsing data
Use of cookies
Cookies are text files sent to the user’s computer, with information related to browsing the site — such as location and time of access — stored by the browser so the server can later read them and personalize services. By using the platform, the user acknowledges and accepts the collection of browsing data via cookies.
A persistent cookie remains on the hard drive after the browser is closed and can be removed by following the browser’s instructions; a session cookie is temporary and disappears when the browser is closed. It is possible to refuse all cookies, but some features may not work correctly.
Section 10 · Consent
User rights
By using the services and providing personal information, the user consents to this Privacy Policy. Upon registering, the user acknowledges and may exercise their rights to cancel their registration, access and update their data, and warrants the accuracy of the information provided.

Section 11 · Changes to this policy
Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time — users and visitors are advised to review it frequently. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, and users will be notified. By using the service or providing information after any modifications, the user demonstrates agreement with the new terms.
Section 12 · Jurisdiction
Dispute resolution
Brazilian law shall apply in full to the resolution of disputes arising from this instrument. Any disputes must be brought before the courts of the jurisdiction where the company’s headquarters is located.
